Regarding cancellations, exchanges, or returns: Each product is made to order and is packaged just for you. Unless your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, we cannot process cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
Regarding damaged or defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days. After 7 days, we will not be able to send you a new item.
